Michael W. Carroll has served as the Administrator of the Richland Parish Hospital for the last sixteen years. He received a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from Northeast Louisiana University in Monroe, Louisiana and is a Registered Pharmacist. He is also licensed as a Nursing Home Administrator. In addition to serving as Administrator, his leadership roles include President of the Northeast Louisiana Rural Alliance, the Secretary of the Delta Medical Society, and member of committees of the Independent Physician Association of North Louisiana and Health Services of North Louisiana.

Respiratory Therapy
Respiratory therapy services are provided to medical patients ranging from infants to the elderly, both on an inpatient and an outpatient basis. These services are provided according to the physician's orders and as specified by the medical staff and approved by the governing body, consistent with Louisiana state law. Respiratory Therapy services are provided on a 24 hour basis. All Respiratory Therapists at Delhi Hospital are BLS and ACLS certified. A licensed Respiratory Therapist is available 24 hr/day, 7 days/week.
Services Offered
The Respiratory Department assists patients with breathing problems through the administering of prescribed doses of medical gases and aerosolized drugs. The Respiratory Department also conducts Laboratory testing for diagnostic and prognostic purposes.
Delhi Hospital welcomes Raj Bhandari, M.D. Gastroenterologist
Dr. Bhandari began performing endoscopic procedures at Delhi Hospital on Friday, October 15th, 2004, and will continue performing procedures at Delhi Hospital every other Friday. Dr. Bhandari performs the following procedures:
- Colonoscopy
- Colon Cancer Screening
- EGD
- PEG Tube Placement
