Scrip Assist
Delhi Hospital proudly offer a Script Assist Program. This program is designed to help qualifying patients with their rising prescription medication costs.
Why Script Assist?
Many patients find themselves not filling prescriptions they need due to the rising cost of prescription drugs. These patients may be eligible for Script Assist and discounts offered by pharmaceutical companies. With the help of your prescribing physician, you can apply with our program manager.
Who Is Eligible?
Patients who meet at least 1 of the following requirements may be eligible
- No prescription coverage
- Little or no income
- Patients with documented financial hardship may be eligible for the program
Can I Enroll?
All patients must have a physician's referral to enroll in the program. Proof of household income must be provided when applying.
